Sascha Staley

Sascha most recently comes to us from CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa as the re-opening Director of Human Resources. There she spent her time building and assisting in re-branding the property and was responsible for the operation that hired a new team going from roughly 30 employees to close to 200 in the midst of the pandemic. Prior to that she worked for Four Seasons from 2011 to 2020 spending her HR career in Scottsdale, while having the opportunity to task force in locations like Santa Fe, Miami, Jackson Hole, New York Downtown, and Lanai, Hawaii. Her background covers all functions in Human Resources and Learning & Development and has experience with Forbes Service training. Before Four Seasons, Sascha worked in spa operations in her hometown of Tucson, AZ at Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa and worked in their world-famous spa as a Coordinator while obtaining and eventually graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. Sascha enjoys spending time outside hiking, camping, paddle boarding with her significant other and three dogs, Tucker, Friday and Aspen and puts her creative side to work by working on DIY projects at home. She is currently studying to obtain her Senior Certified HR Professional Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and her Senior Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
